![]() Once the developer cartridge is installed, you must reinstall the toner cartridge, close the front cover, and then close the side cover. Next, you must insert the developer cartridge firmly into the copier, and then attach the blue fixing screw. After supplying the new developer into the developer cartridge, you must attach the upper cover of the developer unit (fix it with the screw), and then rotate the MG roller several revolutions clockwise to ensure equal distribution of the developer. At this stage, you must open the aluminum bag, and then supply developer to the top of the MG roller evenly while rotating the gear of the magnetic roller in a clockwise direction. In the next step of the replacement procedure, you must remove all of the old developer from the developer cartridge while turning the gear on the end of the magnetic roller in a clockwise direction, and then loosen the new developer by shaking the aluminum bag. ![]() Now, you must pull the developer cartridge slowly out of the laser copier, being careful not touch the installed drum unit, and then remove the screw from the upper cover of the developer cartridge. After that, you must remove the toner cartridge from the Sharp AR-156 Digital Laser Copier, and then loosen the blue screw, which is fixing the developer cartridge to the printer chassis. ![]() You must turn the laser copier off, and then open the side and front covers of the main unit.
